The Chronicles of Velostra is a fantasy novel series currently being worked on by JackJackson. It is not set in the same fiction as the WOLFHOUND series.
Themes
Species
A number of species exist in the Velostra series.
Humans
The known humans in the series are split into several ethnicity which include the following;
- Histrain
- Velosi
- Shonana
- Myrion
- Luvasi
The Luvasi are the natives of Velostra with the Histrains arriving and living in peaceful co-habitation with the Luvasi on Luvas. The Luvasi have reddish, light, and pale skin while Histrain have Caucasian skin. The Velosi arrived after the Histrain and conquered the known tribes before establishing the first Kingdom of Velostra. The Velosi are known for their lighter, paler, and yellowish skin as well as epicanthus. Following the arrival of the Velosi - the Shonana and Myrion invaded Velostra and formed the Velostra Conglometre and ran the country like a business. The Shonana are dark brown skinned Humans while Myrions were light brown skinned humans.
Crustathorns
The Crustathorns are a race of Humanoid Crustaceans with their own selection of ethnicity;
- Brachfalsis
- Nephrodane
- Oniscolin
- Dendron
Brachfalsis are an eight-legged Humanoid Crustacean with a pincer on their left arm in place of a hand and humanoid hand on their right. They have thick exoskeletons with crab-like eyes and a humanoid face.
Nephrodane are bipedal Humanoids with a Lobster-like tail, humanoid face, humanoid arms with the right hand being pincer instead, and thick exoskeletons.
Oniscolin are the most humanoid of the Crustathorns as they crustacean features are their eyes and antennae. They upper torso, forearms, and lower legs are protected by a spiked exoskeleton.
Dendron are the second most humanoid with their head, antennae, eyes, and exoskeleton as well as tail being the only crustacean-like feature.
Rhyoxfern
The Rhyoxferns are race of Rhino/Oxen Humanoids that reside in Volcanoes deep within the molten rocks. Most of their buildings are made from unmeltable stones and rock underlava.
Government of Velostra
The Government of Velostra is a Corporate Republic in which is called the Corporate Governorates of Velostra. It was formed following the Third War against the Tide after the dissolution of the Second Velostra Kingdom.
Timeline
The timeline of the Chronicles of Velostra is the determined following the Third War Against the Tide with the terms BT and AT being used with BT meaning Before the Tide and AT meaning After the Tide.
BT
- Before 150’000 BT: The Crustathorns led a conflict known simply as First War of the Tide against the Luvasi as a result of their blatant disregard towards sea creatures.
- 130’000 BT: The Crustathorns and Luvasi encountered each other again when the Second War of the Tide occurred.
- 100’000 BT: An ethnic group known as the Histrain arrived on Luvas and were able to peacefully arrange for a co-habitation with the Luvasi.
- 90’000 BT: The Histrain and Luvasi fight each other in Histrain Wars as a result of violent encounters when claim resources
- 89’902 BT: The Histrain and Luvasi end the last Histrain War with agreement that they worked together to use their resources more effectively.
- 89’902 BT to 9000 BT: The Age of Stone
- 9000 BT to 1 BT: The Age of Metal
- 7752 BT to 7711 BT: Velosi Conquest of Luvas and formation of the first Kingdom of Velostra and arrival of Velosi in Velostra
- 7452 BT to 7411 BT: Shonana-Myrion Invasion of Velostra and establishment of the Velostra Conglomerate with the arrival of the Shonana and Myrion peoples
- 6752 BT to 6743 BT: A conflict known simply as the Firing which saw the dismantling of Velostra Conglomerate and establishment of the Second Kingdom of Velostra
- 22 BT to 1 BT: The Third War of the Tide and collapse of the Second Kingdom of Velostra and establishment of the Corporate Governorates of Velostra

- 1212 AT:
