Well, after a year and half of operation and 199,690 images uploaded, the pony related image board Ponibooru is shutting down, with the site's founder Eco stating that, "The reasons are personal: I have simply reached the point where I can see no way to run the site that I can live with, nor do I have any person whom I trust to run the site in a way I can endorse."
Effective immediately all image upload services will be cancelled and the site will become read only. Two months from now on August 17th, 2012, "Ponibooru will go dark."
