Minecraft Legends has been announced in June 12, 2022[1], and since then it has been in constant development. The official release of Minecraft Legends came on April 18, 2023, and further updates have been released ever since, the most recent being 1.17.53059.
Full Release[]
Unlike the full release of other Minecraft editions, the official full release of Minecraft Legends started at version 1.17, instead of the version 1.0. This is because 1.17 is the last update of the Bedrock Codebase within the game.[2]
