I applicants for administration and bureaucracy, this wiki has none of these so I would like to help it start and add new administratoere. Hello, Dear steward. Because some problem is occurring, I request for judging this case. This discussion started 2011.8.27. It has proceeded until 2012.8.1. Because Devunt, as a temporary sysop, closed it as successful election. But Devunt's temporary sysop privilege was expired 2011.9.13. His expired day is wrong classified:Steward_requests/Permissions/Approved_temporary#Devunt.40kowikinews (Now, his sysop privilege removed). Better or not, this discussion closed by him and support rate result is 72.2%. Korean Wikinews don't have a rule about admin election. However, Korean Wikinews follow tacit consensus; If enough support rate is verified, any user do SRP. IMHO, It means respecting steward's judgement. But as far as I know, minimum support rate is 75%. (reference: his request rejected 2 times; here and here). I don't know what can I do. This election is rejected? or passed? I request that solving this problem. Thank you for your hard work. • I've reviewed the discussion and the local elections page at [2]. I do not see a local policy or practice to deviate from the 75% threshold. The current discussion did not reach 75% in support. Hi E THP.

1. The bot owner has to request the bot flag himself on Steward requests/Bot status IIRC.
2. Do you want to *have* CU rights, or do want a CU to be *performed*? We can't do the first, but the second one should be requested on Steward requests/Checkuser.
3. For that you have to start a local discussion, for example in the local village pump - for now it'll be expire in September.
