In 2286, while qualifying for the Enterprise Crewman's Olympics, Ensign William Bearclaw defeated Konom. However due to poor sportsmanship after the match, Bearclaw was disqualified. (TOS comic: "What Goes Around...")

Benjamin Sisko was a skilled wrestler. He and Jadzia Dax often wrestled at the weekends. Dax lost most of her tongo winnings to Sisko in the matches. (DS9 novel: Avatar, Book One)
