Doctor Julia Santos was a female Human who was the chief medical officer on Cestus III in the 2260s.
In 2267, she tended to an injured Captain Picard after he was flung back through time and space to Cestus III. She would develop a romantic attraction to Picard, taking him on a tour of much of the colony, including the new sensor array. Santos would die several days later during the Gorn assault on that colony. (TNG novel: Requiem)
