Hetman Foroe was a 24th century Xepolite, a freighter captain in the 2320s decade.
Biography[]
In the year 2328, he transported Starfleet agents Alynna Nechayev and Gwen Jones to Bajor. They were disguised as Bajorans, but the hetman still believed they acted strange. Later, as Foroe attempted to take his ship away from Bajor he was detained by the Cardassian warship Vandir, under the command of Dal Skrain Dukat. Dukat interrogated Foroe, who revealed the presence of the two agents on Bajor before Cardassian soldiers took him away. (TLE - Terok Nor novel: Day of the Vipers)
