Donrus VII was a planet, the seventh planet of the Donrus star system, located somewhere in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants.

Donrus VII was somewhat near the Romulan Neutral Zone, and outside of Federation territory. In the year 2377, Rod Portlyn visited Donrus VII, where he traded in his luxury yacht, the Astral Maiden, for a new vessel, the Stellar Dream. (CoE eBook: The Art of the Comeback)
