Vladimir Blokh (born 22 March 1960; age 64) is an actor and production designer who appeared as a holographic patron of "Le Coeur de Lion" in the Star Trek: Voyager fourth season episode "The Killing Game". He received no credit for this appearance but was identified by the call sheets. Blokh filmed his scenes on Monday 1 December 1997 and Tuesday 2 December 1997 on Paramount Stage 16.

Blokh worked as set dresser on Silent Lies (1996, with Michael Harris) and as assistant art director on Black Thunder (1998, with Michael Cavanaugh and Sonny Surowiec). He also worked as art director on the television series Days of Our Lives, Sunset Beach, and Pacific Blue and as set designer on Casper Meets Wendy (1998) and Richie Rich's Christmas Wish (1998). As an actor, he appeared in an episode of The Agency (2001, with Ronny Cox, David Clennon, Ed Begley, Jr., Tim Halligan, Lawrence Pressman, Cristine Rose, Dwight Schultz, and Faran Tahir) and in the short comedy Real Hollywood Meeting (2007, with Laird Macintosh).
