The Ukelu were a fictional culture on Ardani created by the young Thaddeus Troi-Riker. They spoke a language known as Kelu.
Described as being Human in appearance, they lived in the Southern Archipelago. This seafaring civilization had a long history, being the oldest civilization on Ardani. Their empire was built on the fleets of dragon-prowed ships. By the time of Riker's stories about this planet, the Ukelu Empire was in decline, having reached its peak a millennium ago.
