Tim Kelleher (born 9 January 1956; age 68) is an actor who appeared as Gaines in the Star Trek: The Next Generation seventh season episode "All Good Things...", P'Chan in the Star Trek: Voyager sixth season episode "Survival Instinct", and Pell in the Star Trek: Enterprise second season episode "The Communicator".

Kelleher was born in the Bronx, New York, USA. He also appeared in Independence Day (1996), sharing his scenes with Raphael Sbarge. He had recurring roles as Jim Steele in Dark Skies (1996-1997, with Jeri Ryan and Conor O'Farrell) and as NCIS Special Agent Christopher Pacci in five episodes of NCIS (2004, 2011, and 2012).

His later work included guest roles in In Plain Sight (2008), My Own Worst Enemy (2008, starring Christian Slater, Mädchen Amick, Alfre Woodard, James Cromwell, and with Louis Giambalvo), Dollhouse (2009, with David Doty), Flash of Genius (2008, with Daniel Roebuck and Bill Smitrovich), and Seven Pounds (2008, with Bill Smitrovich, Gina Hecht, Andy Milder, Judyann Elder, Amanda Carlin, and Mark Newsom). Most recently, Kelleher had a guest role in an episode of J.J. Abrams' Fringe (2012, directed by David Straiton).
