Rod Arrants (5 September 1944 – 21 February 2021; age 76) was an actor who played Rex in the Star Trek: The Next Generation second season episode "Manhunt" and Daleth in the Star Trek: Voyager fourth season episode "Living Witness".
He filmed his scenes for "Manhunt" on Friday 7 April 1989 and Monday 10 April 1989 at Paramount Stage 16.
Arrants was born in Los Angeles, California. He divorced two times and had one son. In 1979, he won a Soapy Award as most exciting new actor for his performance in Search for Tomorrow where he played Travis Tourneur Sentell between 1978 and 1984. Arrants also played recurring roles in the soap operas Another World (1977), The Young and the Restless (1986-1988), and Days of Our Lives (1985).
