Missi Pyle (born 16 November 1972; age 52) is the actress who voiced the Interrogator in the Star Trek: Lower Decks second season episode "Strange Energies".
Pyle is known for playing the alien Laliari in Galaxy Quest (1999, starring Alan Rickman, featuring Rainn Wilson, Matt Winston, Robin Sachs, Heidi Swedberg, Wayne Péré, Larry Richards, Joel McKinnon Miller, Jack Nolan, Linda Harcharic, Susan McNabb, Spice Williams, and Tanner Gill).
She is also known for appearing in films such as Josie and the Pussycats (2001, with Hiro Kanagawa), Big Fish (2003, with Deep Roy and Hélène Cardona), Bringing Down the House (2003, with Randy Oglesby, Michael Ensign, and John Prosky), Along Came Polly (2004, with Todd Stashwick), Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (2004, with William Shatner, Stephen Root, and Gary Cole), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005, with Deep Roy), Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay (2008, starring John Cho), The Artist (2011, with James Cromwell, Ed Lauter, Malcolm McDowell, Andy Milder, Brian J. She also had a recurring role in three episodes of Boston Legal, starring William Shatner, René Auberjonois, and John Larroquette, with Michael Ensign, Ellen Bry, Henry Gibson, Larry Drake, Bruce Gray, and Leonard Kelly-Young. She also had a recurring role in Another Period (with Paul Scheer and Paul F. Tompkins).
In 2013-14, Pyle co-starred in Cleaners, with Clifton Collins, Jr. and John Savage in recurring roles. In 2014, she co-starred in Jennifer Falls, with Tom Virtue guesting in one episode. In 2021, she played the recurring role of Roxanne in Y: The Last Man, alongside Tara Nicodemo, Sophia Walker, Ayesha Mansur Gonsalves, Mimi Kuzyk, Avaah Blackwell, and Mercedes Blanche. In 2023, she co-starred in Harlan Coben's Shelter, featuring Sophia Adler.
