Kelta Prime was a planet that figured into the original backstory of Star Trek: Voyager character Perra, who was later renamed Seven of Nine. The planet and an outpost located on it were mentioned in a group of casting sides that written in 1997 and were used for auditioning the part. According to Perra in this document, she had witnessed her friends being slaughtered around her on the Kelta Prime outpost and her Humanity had meanwhile "died", an incident that took place a long time before she encountered the USS Voyager and its crew.
