Julie Sands is an actress and filmmaker who appeared as a Xanthan bazaar alien shopper in the Star Trek: Enterprise third season episode "Rajiin". [1]

Other acting work include Arliss (2000, with Shelby Leverington), K-PAX (2001, with Alfre Woodard, Mary Mara, William Lucking, Kelly Connell, Scott Lincoln, B'Jahn, Patrick Jankiewicz, Clete Francis, Joseph Steven, and Frank Collison), the short horror drama Gotham Cafe (2005, with Cullen Douglas, Kevin Brief, Robert Axelrod, and Stephen Wozniak) on which she also worked as screenplay writer and executive producer, and the comedy Redirecting Eddie (2008).

Sands worked as first assistant director on the short film Goolians (2006, written, directed, and starring Daniel Roebuck and with Patrick Jankiewicz and Lou Scheimer) and as second assistant director on the horror film Revamped (2007, written by, directed, and starring Jeff Rector and with Fred Williamson, Victor Lundin, Carel Struycken, Spice Williams, Clynell Jackson III, Tiny Ron, Edward Conna, and Ian Eyre).

On the 2007 horror comedy Internal Behaviors, Sands worked as producer, editor, assistant director, and second unit cinematographer. One year later, she was the editor on the sequel, Internal Behaviors: You Are What You Eat (2008).
