Hauze's ship in 2381
Hauze's ship was an automated starship owned by the prominent Zibalian collector Kerner Hauze, who lived alone on the vessel.
Most of the ship consisted of galleries housing Hauze's vast collection of rare and valuable items. One of these galleries was full of skeletons of non-sentient and sentient lifeforms. There was a small engine room set apart from the main hull, though reaching it necessitated free-climbing a radiation coolant pipe. There was also a room containing an inorganic matter compactor. Hauze had booby trapped the ship with various automated defenses to prevent theft, such as a puppet ray, flying orbs, and laser tripwires. The ship's hovering vacuum cleaners were also programmed to attack hostile intruders. The top of the ship housed four escape pods, each accommodating two individuals.
After Hauze's passing in 2381, the USS Cerritos arrived at his ship at the request of Collector's Guild Chairman Siggi to catalog and dispose of the dangerous items in his collection. However, their away team ran afoul of the ship's defenses due to Siggi's stealing Kahless' fornication helmet, and barely escaped alive. Siggi himself was killed by one of Hauze's traps.
