Chamomile tea was a type of tea made from the flower of the chamomile plant, native to Egypt on Earth. Noted for its calming properties, it was often considered a sleeping aid in many Human cultures.
During her time on Earth and the Enterprise NX-01 in the mid-22nd century, Sub-Commander T'Pol occasionally enjoyed a cup of chamomile tea. In 2154, she even shared some chamomile tea with an older version of herself from an alternate timeline. (ENT: "Fusion", "E²")
