Brady Bluhm (born 6 July 1983; age 41) is the actor who appeared as Latika in the Star Trek: Voyager first season episode "Time and Again".

Movie audiences will probably best recognize Bluhm as Billy, the poor blind kid who was tricked into buying a dead parakeet, in Dumb and Dumber (1994, with Charles Rocket, Mike Starr and Terri Garr). He reprised his role as Billy in Dumb and Dumber To (2014).

Besides Voyager, Bluhm made guest appearances on such television series as Life Goes On (with Bill Smitrovich and Ray Buktenica) and Walker, Texas Ranger (starring Clarence Gilyard, Jr. and Noble Willingham, with Brian Thompson). He also co-starred in In Search of Dr. Seuss (1994, with Matt Frewer, Graham Jarvis, Christopher Lloyd, David Paymer, Andrea Martin, and Patrick Stewart).

In 1994, Bluhm appeared in The Crazysitter, with Ed Begley, Jr., Christopher Darga, and Sean Whalen, and lent his voice to the character of Christopher Robin in three Winnie the Pooh videos from Disney. These videos were narrated by David Warner and featured John Fiedler as the voice of Piglet.
