Yacobian and Jonathan Frakes

Brad Yacobian served as Unit Production Manager and Producer for three of the of the Star Trek spin-off series. Prior to his work on Star Trek, Yacobian was a second assistant director on Little House on the Prairie and Highway to Heaven. He also worked as an assistant director on films such as Commando and No Way Out. He is also a long-term unit production manager to the well-known TV series Scandal.

Yacobian began his association with Star Trek as a first assistant director for Star Trek: The Next Generation, starting with the third season. He became the show's unit production manager with season six's "Time's Arrow, Part II". When TNG ended, he moved on to become unit production manager on Star Trek: Voyager. He also worked as a line producer on Voyager.

When Star Trek: Enterprise began, Yacobian served as one of the show's co-producers as well as the unit production manager. He moved up to producer late in Enterprise's fourth and final season.

Throughout his years on Trek, Yacobian's name has appeared on a number of on-set artwork. A Captain (or Admiral) Brad Yacobian was listed on a number of dedication plaques and okudagrams. A B. Yacobian was seen on the dedication plaque of Enterprise NX-01, as seen on the set of the Enterprise bridge. He even had an element named after him, as seen in the TNG episode "Rascals".
