It can be purchased from the Workshop for ¥385,000 after selling one Skanda's Wing, obtained by sacrificing Kartikeya in a Sacrifice Spread in the Velvet Room, one Tangled Thread, dropped by The Capturer in the Clock Tower, and one Turret Belt, dropped by Arcane Turret when killed with Darkness.
