The Dragoon's Mask is a special accessory that can only be worn by party members that have any Archetype from the Masked Dancer lineage equipped. Once equipped, that party member will have the same affinities as the Dragoon, as well as obtaining three specific skills the Dragoon can learn naturally. In the case of the Dragoon's Mask, a party member will have:

Redfeather Dragoonshot
Feather Dragoonshot
To obtain a copy of the Dragoon's Mask, More must craft one in Akademeia via Special Experiments after studying the namesake Archetype for the first time with any playable character once Neuras's Follower bond is completed.
