- There are a number of inconsistencies between this episode and the The Incredible Hulk episode "The Return of the Beast, Part One". Though it could be explained that these are the actual events as they are seen through time travel while in The Incredible Hulk episode they are shown through flashbacks likely through flawed memories.
- Here, Rick parked his Jeep in the test area and casually plays a harmonica. In The Incredible Hulk, he was riding his motorcycle through the area and crashed it.
- Here, Sterns was part of the clean-up crew when a barrel of gamma waste fell on him. In The Incredible Hulk, he fell into a pit of waste.
