Falcon was one of those massacred in the Avengers' massacre at Hammer Falls during the villains' takeover of the United States where they were betrayed and killed by the Thunderbolts.^[1] When the Avengers and the Thunderbolts were charging against the villains, Moonstone and Mach-I shot Falcon from behind.^[2]

His Falcon costume, alongside a stuffed Redwing, was later mounted in a display case at the Red Skull's trophy room.^[3]
