Located in the East River, Randall's Island was a small land mass between Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx accessible via the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge.[1]
History
As part of their long term plans, Orchis began constructing the Henry Gyrich Center for Behavioral Studies on Randall's Island before the third Hellfire Gala.[2] Following the Mutant Massacre, Orchis opened their private prison to detain and process mutants.[3]
