The past history of May Parker of Earth-18139 mirrors that of her Earth-616 counterpart up until the day an unnamed burglar attempted to rob RKP Palace. In this reality, Spider-Man apprehended the burglar, inadvertently saving the life of her husband. After May was cured of blood cancer, she tearfully learned that her nephew had died in the quest to obtain her cure.[1]
