History
Mangog's history is presumably similar to his Earth-616 counterpart's. Seeking the child of Mantis so he could destroy him, the Supreme Intelligence sent Mangog to destroy the child in exchange for restoring his full power. Mangog eventually found the child and was confronted by Mantis and the Silver Surfer. When Mangog couldn't be defeated, the Surfer realized that vengeance was the source of Mangog's power. So, the Surfer submitted to Mangog, causing Mangog to lose his strength and fade into nothingness.[1]
