Iron Man was questioned whether he was really Tony Stark's bodyguard or Tony Stark himself, when the person kept questioning him, Iron Man blasted him with his repulsor ray.^[16]

Iron Man was attacked by Baloney-Head and Liver-wurst Face so they could steal his spaceship and travel to the moon. They successfully started the rocket but Iron Man grabbed the tail end and caused it to crash. After recovering, he discovered the pair were working for President Eisenhower who wanted to create the perfect sandwich. Eisenhower attacked Iron Man and then escaped to the Moon and made his sandwich with Moon cheese while Iron Man watched.^[10]

Iron Man was captured and brainwashed into working for Psycho Man's fear army and along with other members of the army was tasked with capturing Man-Thing. The only member of the army shown on Earth-616 was Frankenstein's Monster so the whereabouts and fate of Iron Man are unknown.^[17]

A medieval Iron Man was seen by Silk as she ran through the Multiverse.^[18]

This version of Tony Stark invented the Gamma Bomb and became Iron Hulk.^[21] He was one of the numerous heroes from across different universes abducted by the Elders of the Universe to partake in the newest Contest of Champions for the ISO-Sphere in the Battlerealm. Fighting for The Astronomer, he was killed by Maestro who stole his Iron Hulk Armor for himself.^[22]

Iron Man from an unspecified reality was recruited into the Omega Flight on Primary Earth. He was first seen rescuing a group of civilians from a crashing vehicle in the New Stark City.

He was later seen at the Omega Squad Headquarters arguing with a Captain America from another reality. Steve berated Tony for locking down the Winter Soldier from Tony's world, whom Iron Man claimed to be out of control. Tensions heated, but before the to could come to blows, they were stopped by Nick Fury and Rocket Raccoon, who pushed them to sort their differences in the personal duel simulator instead.
