History
Galactus' history is presumably similar to his Earth-616 counterpart's up to the moment he first arrived on Earth. One of the many planets he devoured was the home planet of hero Hyperion. As he was about to devour all life on Earth, Hyperion arrived and killed him by flying through Galactus' head.[1]
