El Salvador, officially the Republic of El Salvador, was a country in Central America. El Salvador's capital and largest city is San Salvador.

Events[]

Simon Stroud was a Former CIA agent who hunted monsters. He received a call in his San Salvadore apartment, informing him of the new "Vampire Killer" case. Stroud immediately books a flight for New York.^[1]

The mutant Tower was murdered by the hunter known as the X-Cutioner in El Salvador.^[2]

Ixchel appeared in San Miguel to announce the time of the Mayapan.^[3]

In El Salvador Toxie Doxie's operatives assault the compound of the weapons dealer through whom she bought the cocoon to find out that it was A.I.M.'s New York cell that sold it to her. She finishes harvesting the Inhumans stealth power to add it to her own modifications, intending to use it against AIM in revenge.^[4]

• In the real world, El Salvador is the smallest and the most densely populated country in Central America. In Marvel Comics, a number of fictional countries are even smaller (Costa Verde, San Domingo, San Revilla), as seen in the maps.^[5]
