History
Cosmo was a space dog, used in the Russian space program during the early years of the orbital flight exploration. His mission went awry and he drifted through space for some time, ending up in the menagerie of the Collector on Knowhere where he experimented on Cosmo, augmenting his mental and psionic abilities.[1]
