Coney Island Cruisers (Earth-616)

The Coney Island Cruisers were a gang that operated on Coney Island. They encountered Madcap dressed in costume one night and sought to jump him but were unable to do him any harm and ultimately succumbed to his mind control powers, causing them to begin acting erratically.^[1]
