Avi Arad produced the Spider-Man movie. He witnessed Dr. Octopus breaking into the set to attack his ex-wife Roselita.[1] Arad, Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire were eventually rescued by the real Spider-Man.[2]
Avi Arad eventually managed to distribute the movie four months later, using actual footage of Spider-Man's battle against Dr. Octopus.[3]
