Sir Shovalot (テッカメン Tekkamen Lit: Iron Mask) is an enemy which appears in Donkey Kong for the Game Boy and returns in Mario vs. Donkey Kong.

Physical description[]

It is a small knight-like enemy which holds a shield.

Behavior[]

Sir Shovalot walks back and forth in an area. It attacks Mario by charging at him with his shield raised up the instant it notices him. Sir Shovalot can push Mario into small gaps, allowing him to access whichever area is behind it, but can also push Mario against a wall, costing Mario a life.
