The Scoreboard From Mario Party 8.

The Scoreboard from Mario Party 5 (mini-game results)
The Scoreboard (also known as Player Panel) is a recurring gameplay mechanic in various games of the Mario franchise and related media.
In Mario Party series[]
The scoreboard shows how many stars, coins and the type of items the player has during the match. It also shows the player's current face and ranking. The panel color changes when the player lands on a space (red, blue, DK, Bowser, character or green). The Scoreboard also determines what type of mini-game everyone plays at the end of the turn. The design changes from game to game.
Counting the home console games, in Mario Party 9 and 10 --the first two future home console games after Mario Party 1 through 8-- stars and coins are replaced by Mini Stars and Mini Ztars (or Bananas and Z-Bananas --with a similar function to Mini Stars and Mini Ztars-- in the Mario Party 9 board DK's Jungle Ruins). Stars and coins, they do not return until the home console games Super Mario Party, Mario Party Superstars, and Super Mario Party Jamboree.
