Electric Oozer is a kind of rare ghost in Luigi's Mansion 3, it is a form of Oozer. They only appear on the fifth, tenth or the fifteenth floor of the ScareScraper's ten floors or twenty floors mod, they have 200HP.

Different to regular Oozers which are orange, Electric Oozers are glowing blue Oozers. However, both kind of ghosts have white eyes and mouth. They are defeated in the same way as Oozers.
In Luigi's Mansion 3[]
When Luigi reaches the fifth floor of ScareScraper in the ten floors or twenty floors mod, tenth and fifteenth floor in the twenty floors mod, Electric Oozers might appear, they attack by throwing electric balls that will give Luigi a shock when being hit. Luigi has to flash them and vacuum them up.
