Bowser Jr. Playroom is an unlockable baseball stadium in Mario Super Sluggers. It takes place in Bowser Jr.'s room. The minigame played here is Graffiti Runner. During Challenge Mode This stadium initially serves as a cover-up for Bowser Castle during the day, into which the stadium transforms after a certain point in the story and whenever the player switches to nighttime mode after beating Bowser Jr's team composed of Dry Bones and Magikoopas.

The layout resembles the look of the Bowser Castle stadium back in Mario Superstar Baseball. The walls of the field are very high, which makes it very hard to get home runs even with Power hitters such as Bowser, King K. Rool Donkey Kong, and Petey Piranha. The staduim also has toy like Thwomps (which can break when hit) sitting on them. A giant Bowser Jr. statue also hangs over the middle of the wall and the whole field is surrounded in a train track and building blocks. In the outfield of the staduim, there are many floor images of Chain Chomps and Bullet Bills. A Chain Chomp or Bullet Bill will pop up if its image was hit by the ball. The Chain Chomps and Bullet Bills will chase the player; the Chain Chomps run on the ground and the Bullet Bills fly. No matter what hit the player, they are stunned and drop or miss the ball. However, the enemies can be avoided if the player runs away fast enough by shaking the Wii Remote.
