Auntie Poulet is a major antagonist in the 2002 video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. She is the Haitians gang leader who moved into Vice City and are involved in a gang war with the Cubans.
She was voiced by the late Miss Cleo.
What Makes Her Magnificent?[]
- She is the matriarch of the Haitians gang, who came to Vice City after 1984 and took over the Little Haiti district, then effectively waging war towards the Cuban gangs in order to take control over eastern and downtown parts of Vice City, ultimately being one of the powerful crime figures around the city.
- She operates a large drug trafficking operation around the city, owning the Haitians Drug Factory.
- When she invites Tommy her house, she gives him tea, which is actually revealed to be mind-altering voodoo potions made by her to use him as an effective puppet, and manipulate him into doing her deeds and striking some actions against Cubans, which are actually the allies of Tommy.
- Considering her experience about the potions, it is most likely that she also used for manipulating other people since she began to use them.
- She provides Tommy with three RC Baron mini planes equipped with bombs to make him remotely pilot the planes and drop bombs to destroy Cuban boats and kill the Cubans who witness the action.
- After making Tommy accomplish three actions for her, she displays honor towards him and lets him free despite being able to use him for more works, while threatening him to not return to Little Haiti.
- While her gang is struck with some blows by Cubans, she never gets any punishment for her actions, managing to be one of the few Karma Houdini villains throughout the series.
What Makes Her a Baddie?[]
- She is the leader of the Haitians, one of the violent gangs within the city, who resorts to various criminal activities with mainly being drug trafficking and gunrunning, and makes Tommy commit mass murdering actions towards the Cubans.
