My name is Brendan (not to be confused with the butterfly whom I shall just assume is named after me :D). I am a fan of Madagascar, mainly All Hail King Julien, and The Penguins of Madagascar.
I come from the beautiful lands of Malaysia (opposite of the US on the globe), and I formerly serve as an administrator and bureaucrat on the wiki from 2017 until 2021.
I kinda do not like Penguins of Madagascar: The Movie because it is very disappointing, the fact that they created a new villain and this NorthWind thing. I mean, I was really hoping it to be the penguins fighting Hans in a big, epic battle which practically led to the destruction of the world, especially when Hans teamed up with Blowhole and his crew. Yeah, I can write that fanfic once I feel like it.
My favourite movie in the whole franchise is Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted. I love the storyline, I love the ending, and everything wraps up the story of the zoosters perfectly.
My favourite series is All Hail King Julien. I've wasted spent so much of my time on that show. Ever since Season 3, I got really involved in it. I made promotional posters for AHKJ since Season 4; before every season comes out I will make these countdown posters for the new season on my Tumblr and I've spent and will spend a lot of time planning and making things for the entire fandom.
I'm also part of the development team of the All Hail King Julien: Fanmade Video Game project (Project AHKJFMVG), a community project to make Madagascar and All Hail King Julien's first-ever fanmade 3D game.
Aside Madagascar, I am also a big fan of the RTS game Age of Empires. My favourite one in the series is Age of Empires II, it even has the Malays in it with a gameplay style that even fits my taste. I'm also in the development team of a fanmade modification project, Age of Empires III: Struggle of Indonesia, as their visual editor and 3D artist, aside from others. I've also recently been recruited into Age of Empires III's largest game modification project, Age of Empires III: Wars of Liberty, where I serve as a Volunteer in the development team.
