Stephan Brandner (born 29 May 1966) is a German far-right politician. He is member of erman Bundestag since 2017 for Alternative for Germany (AfD) and chairman of the Bundestag's Legal Affairs Committee since 31 January 2018. He was the front runner candidate of the AfD Thuringia for the 2017 Bundestag election. Previously, he was a member of the Landtag of Thuringia from 2014 to 2017.
