Shinji Kanda
Shinji Kanda (Japanese: カンダシンジ Kanda Shinji) is an illustrator who has contributed artwork to the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Thus far, Shinji Kanda has illustrated 25 cards, the first of which was Magmar from the Brilliant Stars expansion.
