Boromir on Caradhras "... so small a thing. Such a little thing!"

Larnach's daughter was the unamed daughter of the woodman Larnach, who dwelled south of Taeglin.

During the FA 498 she was found by Andróg and Forweg who chesed her with malicious intent before stumbling into Túrin, who slayed Forweg, mistaking him for an orc. After a brief explanation, she attempted to convince him to also slay Andróg and take his head to her father as a bride-price, but Túrin refused and sent her back.[1]

Later, Beleg, who was searching for Túrin, approached Larnach about Túrin whereabouts and she told him of her incounter, helping him deduce Túrin's location.

"Very proud he was, with bright eyes that scarcely deigned to look at me. Yet he called the Wolf-men his fellows, and would not slay another that stood by, and knew his name. Neithan, he called him.[2]"

She was rather taken by Túrin.

It is unknown of her fate after, but she most likely went with her father or was sent alone to Brethil, or was killed in an orc-raid.[2]
