Crazy Vandal[]
Hey, there's a vandal causing a wee bit of stress, User:Compulsive liar, could you get a ban goin' on? I'm repeating this on every admin's talk. CastorTroy 06:29, 21 March 2007 (PDT)
Thanks for the guardrail[]
Thanks for reviewing the C-4 article I wrote. Sorry that I went into a little more depth than you folks were looking for - I tend towards complete answers, and sometimes, in doing so, I lose a sense of scope. To that end, I'm not sure this is valid, so I'll put it to you for a ruling:
Based on the screen shot that some very civic-minded contributor placed on the page, I can tell you right now that the wiring on that charge is extremely unusual. In terms of demolition - from civil to military - I can tell you that nobody wires charges that way. Each of those silver plugs, of which I count six, appears to be a blasting cap. This is unbelievable overkill. Wiring multiple trigger systems into a single blaster would be sufficient for even the most paranoid security engineer. This is...well, to be frank, beyond paranoia.
It's strange enough that I believe it merits mention. A segment of the pre-edit article mentioned proper wiring and addition of caps, but I had no idea that it would be so relevant. Now, I'll be the first to admit that correct wiring is visually somewhat boring, so maybe the set and prop departments jazzed it up a bit for the cameras. What's your take on the whole thing?
While we're on the idea-testing vein...where exactly should an open query regarding timelines of Mittelos/DHARMA be put? It's not a working hypothesis, but it might lead to one. ConspiracyofDetails 08:55, 12 April 2007 (PDT)

Real Ban??[]
Did he really get banned or is that just a joke? I have seen people fake that before. And getting banned by being a security risk?? I am sooo confused. Since joining Lostpedia a few weeks ago, I see there is a lot more to it then just Lost. Was he/she ever an administrator? From what I have seen, this person could've been. Any answers will help. Thanks.--Countdown 11:05, 21 June 2007 (PDT)
