Bugs and Squeaks prepare to pick their carrots, but find they have already been harvested. They quickly hop on the truck as the carrots are driven to the Perdy mansion where a bratty girl named Pampreen Perdy is feeding the best one percent of them to her horse, Puddin, and mashing the rest.
