Azaad's territory is a network of canyons beyond the Pride Lands. It is the home of Azaad, a lone cheetah.

"Journey of Memories"[]
Azaad's territory is glimpsed during the "As You Move Forward" musical sequence. Makini and her parents, Kitendo and Fikiri, cross through the territory on their way to the Tree of Life.
"The Race to Tuliza"[]
Fuli enters Azaad's territory in search of tuliza for her friend, Kion. However, she gets lost in the network of canyons. Azaad approaches and challenges her for intruding on his territory. Fuli promises to leave his territory as soon as she finds the tuliza. Azaad allows her to fetch the tuliza if she bests him in a race, and Fuli accepts his challenge.
For their first race, Azaad cheats by using a course that has a dip at the end, which causes Fuli to slip. They have a rematch, and Azaad attempts to take a shortcut over a canyon. He nearly falls, but Fuli stops the race and saves him. Azaad then helps her fetch the tuliza.
"Journey to the Pride Lands"[]
Janja and Jasiri cross through Azaad's territory on their way to the Tree of Life. Azaad leads them the rest of the way.
