Ace Gibson is an American actor, director, and writer. He voiced Jiona, Johari, and Tumbili in The Lion Guard.

Biography[]

Early life[]

Gibson is a native New Yorker, born in Queens and raised on Long Island. He received his associate degree in Theatre and Dance from Nassau Community College in 2000. Gibson pursued an acting career in New York for a year before he decided to move to Los Angeles, California. He continued honing his craft at the University of California, Los Angeles, and later graduated from the The Second City Training Center in Hollywood.

Career[]

Gibson launched his career with the television series Guilty or Innocent?, for which he assumed the role of Richard "Funk" Perkins. He went on to feature in other television series, such as Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, The Closer, Switched at Birth, and Here and Now.
