Penelope Clearwater is a minifigure who appears in LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 and LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7.
Background[]
She was a Ravenclaw student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry from 1987 to 1994. In her later school years, she was a Prefect and Percy Weasley's girlfriend. When the Chamber of Secrets was opened it was not shown in LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 or the movie but in the book, she and Hermione Granger were petrified by the Basilisk at the same time (she was not killed because she and Hermione both looked through a mirror). When the Mandrake Draft was finished she was restored back to full health, along with Hermione and the other victims (Mrs. Norris, Nearly Headless Nick, Colin Creevey, and Justin Finch-Fletchley).

- Although she is a prefect, she doesn't have a blue cloak like the other Ravenclaw prefects in the game.
