"Mom" is an unnamed human character who appears vocally in The LEGO Movie and physically in The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part. She serves as a minor character in The LEGO Movie and a supporting character in The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part.
As her title suggests, she is the mother of Finn and Bianca and the wife of "The Man Upstairs". In The LEGO Movie, she is voiced by Amanda Farinos and in The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part, she is played by Maya Rudolph. Although she is not an antagonist, she plays an important part in the conflict of The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part as the driving force behind Armamageddon.

In The LEGO Movie, she is heard telling Finn and The Man Upstairs to come up from the basement for dinner, as she has made tacos for Taco Tuesday.
In The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part, she grows tired of Finn and Bianca arguing with each other constantly and warns them that if they cannot get along, then they have to put their LEGO playsets into storage as punishment. After Finn smashes Queen Watevra Wa'Nabi's wedding altar, she declares this the last straw and orders them to put their LEGO playsets into storage as she warned them to, revealing to Wyldstyle that she is the driving force behind Armamageddon. Near the end of the movie, when she sees Finn and Bianca playing with their LEGO playsets together in the backyard, she is happy to see them finally getting along, even if they did disobey her orders to do so. She then helps The Man Upstairs find his pants.

- She accidentally steps on LEGO bricks twice and compares the pain to that of giving birth, referencing a common joke about LEGO bricks being painful to step on.
- Her comment to her children about not wanting them to see her as a bad guy also serves as an indicator to the audience that they are not supposed to view her as an antagonist.
