The Angler Fish is a giant sea monster guardian from the Atlantis theme. It is green with large blue eyes, white teeth (along with a single golden tooth) a lure and movable fins, a jaw and tail. It appeared in the set 7978 Angler Attack. The monster guards a helmet and two crystals.

- The helmet that the Angler Fish guards a golden hemet of the same design as the one the Portal Emperor wears.
- An earlier Angler fish was released in the Aqua Raiders theme, except it was blue and smaller and it had printed eyes instead of brick eyes.
- In The Quest for the Golden King game on LEGO.com, one treasure was a gold tooth called "the lost tooth of Robby the Angler". It is unknown whether this angler's name is Robby or not.
