"Thanks again, I thought it was over for me."
Lora is a young woman from Grisbl. She is found in the Pod Room of the Draracle's Cave and can join the Champion as a temporary companion.
Background[]
A wily peasant girl, she was sent to serve the Draracle for a period of one year in exchange for weather forecasts to plant and harvest crops. On her way, she was captured by a Scavenger and placed within one of its flesh pods. The Champion and Baccata may then free her, where she will join their party for the rest of the caves, before departing after reaching the Draracle.
When the Champion and Baccata visit Yvel, they will meet her aunt Sadie. If Lora has been freed, Sadie will have heard of them from a letter her niece sent, and will thus offer the Earth Powder for free.

Entering the Pod Chamber and selecting the right-most pod:
Champion: Hey! There's something alive in there!
Baccata: Shall we cut this one open?
Lora: Ah...
Lora: Ah, that air smells good! Thanks! I was on my way to the Draracle's when one of those monsters grabbed me!
Baccata: We as well seek the Draracle. You are quite welcome to join us.
Lora: Thank you! I'm Lora. I've been chosen to serve in the Draracle's household on behalf of my village. If I can't get there, he won't give our farmers the weather predictions.
Baccata: I take it you are from Grisbl.
Champion: I'm [Champion], and this is my friend Baccata.
Lora: I will wait for you outside this dreadful chamber.
Upon leaving the chamber:
Lora: Thanks again, I thought it was over for me.
Upon meeting the Draracle:
Lora: Hi! I'm Lora, you know, from Grisbl? Where do I go now?
Jakel: When your companions are finished, you shall wait here.
After finishing with the Draracle:
Champion: Well, so long Lora. Best of Luck to you.
Lora: Thank you very much for your assistance. All Grisbl owes you a debt of gratitude for leading me through those dreadful caves.

- She is voiced by Elena Ferrante.
- Unused dialogue has Lora speaking the same lines as normal characters when items such as the Vaelan's Cube and the Whole Truth are unsuccessfully used, despite these items being unobtainable until long after they have left the party.
- A bug can occur if she is recruited to the party after giving the Draracle either the Jeweled Dagger or Silver Cup, causing her to remain a permanent companion and crashing the game when Paulson attempts to join later in the Urbish Mines.
