"Spike Fright" is 18th episode in Season 3 of Lab Rats. It aired October 24, part of Disney XD's "Fright Night". It features the returning appearance of Spike.
Plot[]
Chase is attracted to a girl, Sabrina, who wants to go out with him, making Adam jealous. Adam sabotages their date by turning Chase into Spike. The next day, Adam apologizes and the two make up. Meanwhile, Leo and Bree suspect that Principal Perry has murdered a cook from the cafeteria. Terrified, they report their suspicions to Mr. Davenport and ask him for help. It turns out that it was a misunderstanding Perry was only starting a food truck business.

- This is the first time a murder plot is involved.
- This is the second time Chase's chances with a girl were ruined by one of his brothers, the first was in Leo's Jam.
- Leo forgetting about his bionics (twice) is possibly the reason why they weren't used in the previous two episodes.
- When Davenport thinks about Principal Perry killing Flo, flashbacks are shown from The Jet-Wing and Mission: Mission Creek High.
- This is the first episode where Spike appears, but he doesn't interact with Perry.
- It's revealed Adam is not as strong as Spike.
